What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (via PayPal or square), and PayPal. For online credit card payments, please follow the checkout process after reserving a bounce house with the calendar through the PayPal area. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can check out as a guest.
What is included in the rental cost?
The price you see covers drop off, set-up, and pick up of the bounce house in Cuyahoga county!
There are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay
How long is the rental?
ALL DAY! Best thing about our bounce house rentals, there is no time limit for your rental! On the weekends, we typically drop off our bounce houses in the morning, and pick up in the evenings after your event has ended. We are flexible on delivery and pick up times because we have multiple rentals per day across the greater Cleveland area. Please note that we do not guarantee any drop offs before 11 am on Weekends or holidays.
We do all pickups before sunset. No overnight rentals.

We do not allow over night bouncy house rentals. Our latest pick up times, based on the month are below.

How many kids (adults) can fit into a 15×15 bounce house?
Up to 10 kids or 4 adults can fit into a bouncer.

How much room do you need to set up the bounce house?
The bouncy house needs at least an 16’x16′ space to set up. We prefer if you have a 20’x20′ space. There also needs to be an electrical outlet within 50 feet
Do you set up bounce house rentals on concrete or black top?
We choose to only set up our bounce house rentals on grass, or smooth indoor surfaces. This helps preserve the life of the inflatable bounce house, as concrete damages the vinyl
Are there any delivery fees in Cuyahoga County?
NONE! In Cuyahoga county we do not charge a delivery fee!
I live in Medina, Lorain, or Lake County….. Do you deliver outside of Cuyahoga County?
When traveling outside of Cuyahoga county to Summit, Lorain, or Medina counties we charge a delivery fee starting at $30
